Installed ASN in both Program Files (x86) and the root of C: (Local Disk) - No difference, still crashedįurther information: Using Prepar3D v3.2, Windows 10 Pro (64-bit), I have been able to make a consistent crash with the following weather in ASN and AS16 UTC on at LHBP in ASN Historical Weather' also 'LHBP 232300Z 2400/2424 VRB03KT 5000 BR OVC005 TEMPO 2400/2409 0500 -FZDZ FZFG OVC001 TEMPO 2409/2418 3000 BR TEMPO 2410/2418 OVC010 TEMPO 2418/2424 BKN014 OVC035 Removed Prepar3D.cfg and cleared my Nvidia Inspector Profile with LHBP and dll.xml entry installed - crashħ. Changed numerous AS16 settings with LHBP and dll.xml entry installed - crashĦ. Loaded default LHBP and kept dll.xml entry - crashĥ. Loaded into default LHTL with LHBP and the dll.xml entry installed - crashĤ. Loaded default aircraft with LHBP and dll.xml entry installed - crashģ. #ACTIVE SKY 16 VS ASN SIMULATOR#
Temporary Solutions: Either using 'LHBP_objectPlacer.dll' (LHSimulations - LHBP) or 'as_btstrp.dll' (HiFi - Active Sky Next and Active Sky 16) on their own (one without the other) allows the simulator to remain stable. The system freezes and throws a range of errors including: api.dll, KERNELBASE.dll and menu.dll. Problem: Various crashes approaching, on apron and taxiing at LHBP.įurther Explanation of the Problem: Crashes exist whenever 'LHBP_objectPlacer.dll' (LHSimulations - LHBP) and 'as_btstrp.dll' (HiFi - Active Sky Next and Active Sky 16 SP1) are actively running at the same time and both evident in the dll.xml (AppData Roaming). I thought I would just add what I have found out as concisely as possible:
